Olive oil

Our selection of extra virgin olive oil comes exclusively from historic olive groves located on the hills between Polignano a Mare and Conversano. Here, the olive trees grow on calcareous soil and feed on sunlight and sea breezes.
The olives are hand-picked in October and November and immediately cold-pressed, to preserve their nutritional and aromatic properties intact.
The result is an oil with a medium fruity flavor, with hints of fresh grass and almond, perfect for accompanying salads, legumes, grilled meats and traditional dishes.
We offer generous sizes, designed for families and for those who, like in the past, stock up on the farmer's produce for the whole year.
